Job Summary: Operational support in logistics and administration, involving document control, inventory management, transportation, and warehouse activities. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with the Totvs/Protheus system is a plus **Responsibilities** * Entering invoices into the system (inbound and outbound); * Monitoring deliveries to customers; * Daily submission of inventory spreadsheets; * Requesting and tracking transportation services; * Verifying transport manifests (CT\-e); * Creating and managing Excel spreadsheets; * Assisting with purchase requests; * Packaging and labeling products for shipment; * Repalletizing when necessary; * Supporting receiving, organization, storage, inventory, and dispatch routines; * Picking and delivering materials per internal requisition; * Material handling (using forklifts, if certified); * General support to departmental activities. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * NR\-11 certification (Forklift Operator). **Preferred Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a technical course (Logistics, Administration, or related fields); * Knowledge of inventory control; * Experience with the Totvs/Protheus system. **Benefits** * Medical and dental assistance; * Chartered transportation; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance.
