Job Summary: The professional will assist in operations, organization, and customer service within an electronic gaming environment, ensuring safety and proper functioning of the space. Support to the team in departmental routine tasks Provide friendly and courteous customer service; Assist in operating electronic games and attractions in the venue; Guide customers on the proper use of games; Organize the environment, keeping equipment and the space clean and orderly; Support control of game tokens, cards, or credits; Follow company safety and service standards; Support the team in routine departmental activities.
