Join us and become part of a team committed to saving lives and building Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor examination requests, collection of anatomopathological specimens, and other related examination requirements, verifying proper documentation completion to ensure patient safety and adherence to established deadlines; * Supervise the nursing team, assigning daily tasks and validating processes to create conditions enabling achievement of organizational objectives; * Draft and submit alerts regarding any health issues that may become significant in the context of public health, following standard quality and technical nursing protocols; * Admit patients by conducting anamnesis, verifying their personal data and scheduled procedures, instructing companions, and performing patient identification per protocol—to ensure surgeries, examinations, or procedures occur according to established guidelines; * Observe, recognize, describe signs and symptoms, and promptly report changes to physicians—to guarantee appropriate care and minimize risks to the patient; * Provide clarifications to patients and companions, delivering relevant information about treatment and procedures to reduce patient anxiety and ensure effective treatment; * Inspect emergency carts and perform other standard nursing procedures, periodically checking medications, equipment functionality, and other items—to uphold standard nursing protocols and ensure procedural and patient safety, preventing complications. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in high school **Additional Information** Work Location: CHS Sorocaba Additional Information: Working Hours \- 08:00 \- 12:00 (Monday to Friday) Benefits Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Childcare Assistance Group Life Insurance Partnerships Education/University Incentive Program Pharmacies SESC Seconci\-SP \- Social Service of the Construction Industry of the State of São Paulo—is a nonprofit, philanthropic entity founded in March 1964 by a group of construction sector entrepreneurs to serve construction workers and their families.
