Promotion of a data-driven culture and continuous upskilling We are looking for a Data & AI Manager to support leadership in implementing and operating the Digio Bank’s Data and Artificial Intelligence practices. The professional will be responsible for coordinating technical squads, ensuring deliverable quality, and guaranteeing that Data & AI initiatives align with strategic guidelines defined by executive management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage squads in data engineering, data science, MLOps, and analytics, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. * Support implementation of data governance and data quality, ensuring compliance with LGPD and regulatory requirements. * Supervise the model lifecycle (design, validation, training, and operationalization) in areas such as credit, fraud prevention, segmentation, and personalization. * Implement MLOps, CI/CD, and observability practices for production models. * Monitor performance metrics and support ROI management of Data & AI initiatives. * Collaborate with technology vendors and partners, under executive management guidance. * Promote a data-driven culture across squads and encourage continuous technical upskilling. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. * Experience: Proven track record in data/AI domains, with experience coordinating technical teams or complex projects. * Technical knowledge: Python; SQL; Spark or equivalent; cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP); ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch); BI tools (Power BI, Looker or similar). * Governance and compliance: Practical knowledge of LGPD and financial sector regulatory requirements. * Management: Experience coordinating squads, backlog management, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and MLOps practices. * Interpersonal skills: Organization, clear communication with technical audiences, collaborative leadership ability, and results orientation.
