We are looking for a dedicated **metalworker** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and repairing metal structures, frames (doors, windows, gates), and iron or aluminum parts, always focusing on precision and high-quality finishing. Responsibilities * Manufacture and assemble parts, frames (doors, windows, gates), and light metal structures according to technical drawings. * Perform cutting, drilling, marking, and bending operations on metal sheets, bars, and profiles. * Carry out tack welding and welding (Shielded Metal Arc Welding/MIG) to secure components. * Use measuring instruments and manual/electric tools (grinders, band saws, bench drills, and angle grinders). * Finish parts (removing burrs, grinding, and alignment). * Ensure aesthetic and structural quality of manufactured parts. * Maintain workplace organization and perform preventive maintenance on tools. * Strictly comply with safety regulations (PPE) and internal procedures. Requirements * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in the field**, or solid knowledge of metalworking. * Proficiency in **reading and interpreting technical drawings**. * Skill in using cutting, grinding, and measuring tools. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of welding processes. * Proactive profile, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team. * Willingness to learn new manufacturing techniques and processes.
