Technical courses in mechanics or experience in industrial maintenance **Job Description: Mechanical Semi-Skilled Worker** **Role Summary:** The Mechanical Semi-Skilled Worker will be responsible for assisting in maintenance, assembly, and repair activities for machines, equipment, and mechanical systems. This role supports senior mechanics by performing less complex tasks while ensuring equipment operates properly according to safety and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly of mechanical components; * Support corrective and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment; * Perform adjustments, lubrication, and part replacements under supervision; * Prepare tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance tasks; * Monitor operational tests following maintenance; * Assist in organizing and cleaning the workshop or work area; * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of industrial mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics (preferred); * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; * Attention to detail, commitment, and willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical or vocational training in mechanics; * Experience in maintaining pumps, compressors, or industrial equipment.
