Provide customer service at events and via WhatsApp. Post books and products at collection points. Organize and control inventory. Support internal and external store and event space activities. Work in a hybrid model, attending in person 2–3 days per week and participating in events. Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Store Attendant, Sales Consultant, or Store Receptionist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma completed.
