Job Summary: This role involves managing facility materials, guiding patients, and ensuring operational readiness and cleanliness of the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Workplace organization and maintenance 2. Patient guidance and support 3. Colleague coverage and participation in projects **Responsibilities:** Record usage of materials and document any incidents; Turn off lights and turn on TVs; Identify companions using wristbands; Separate follow-up appointments, issue appointment tickets, and direct patients to the correct service location; Request the surgical schedule and the list of physicians for the day; Organize and maintain the workplace cleanliness; Arrange chairs and position separation tapes at entrances and exits; Guide patients to service locations (reception, building floors, examination department); Request patients to complete the satisfaction survey; Occasionally verify sectoral alarm triggers and report findings to the manager; Cover other colleagues' positions when required; Occasionally participate in service projects/clinics; Use HT radio during shifts and check battery levels; Attend various trainings as directed.
