Technical studies support for engineering and production teams **Responsibilities:** * Conduct data analyses focused on productive performance and industrial processes. * Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for internal departments. * Structure, clean, and organize databases to support decision-making. * Support engineering and production teams with data-driven technical studies. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities through statistical analyses. * Automate data collection and processing procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. * Proven experience in **Data Analytics**. * Proficiency in tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL. * Programming knowledge (Python or R) is a plus. * Advanced English (desirable). * Prior experience in the industrial sector is considered a plus. * Must reside in Sorocaba/SP Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$7\.500,00 per month Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation (CLT and PJ)?
