This is how Localiza\&Co connects with the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN II** * Welcome and provide on-site assistance to RAC customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, following Localiza’s safety standards. * Perform system-based vehicle replacement procedures, including inspections, identification of damages/incidents, use of mobile devices, and completion of Localiza’s standard documentation. * Test the battery health of replaced vehicles and determine whether battery replacement is required. * Replace batteries in replaced vehicles when such action is deemed necessary. * Manage battery inventory, including reverse logistics for batteries scheduled for replacement, per department-defined procedures coordinated with suppliers. * Make replaced vehicles available to the branch, ensuring they are safe and ready for subsequent rentals. * Comply with legal requirements and internal policies by actively participating in training programs and reporting any potential deviations. * Safeguard confidentiality of information handled within your area of responsibility, per Localiza’s Code of Ethics and Book of Values. * Achieve targets established in the current Management Agreement by executing actions outlined in the performance plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE NEED** * Completed high school education * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency * Communication skills * Interpersonal relationship skills * Driver’s license – Category B * Basic defensive driving knowledge * Basic electrical/mechanical knowledge **Additional Information** **BENEFITS OF THIS POSITION** * Profit Sharing * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Gympass * Private Pension Plan * Transportation Allowance * Allya * Unlimited access to various courses offered by Localiza University * Internal training and development programs * Discounts on vehicle purchases and rentals **Experience being Localiza\&Co—and help build the future of mobility with us!** We are one of the **world’s largest and most comprehensive mobility platforms**, integrating diverse innovative and efficient solutions.
