




The HR Assistant will work directly at the supermarket unit, providing support for operational and administrative HR activities, ensuring compliance with internal processes, company policies, and labor legislation. Main Responsibilities Support the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, candidate scheduling, and interview coordination. Assist with new employee onboarding by preparing documentation, registration forms, and supporting form completion. Maintain attendance records (clock-in/clock-out entries, adjustments, justifications, and monitoring of medical certificates). Assist in submitting information to headquarters, including hires, terminations, vacations, position changes, registration updates, and other personnel movements. Monitor admission, periodic, and termination medical examinations. Organize and maintain up-to-date the unit’s HR document archive. Provide support for benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal allowance, shift schedules, days off, and overtime bank). Handle employee inquiries and support. Assist with internal initiatives such as training programs, motivational campaigns, and internal communications. Requirements: Completed high school education (technical or higher education in HR, Administration, or related fields is desirable). Prior experience in HR routines is a plus. Basic computer skills, especially Excel. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor. Job Type: Permanent Pay: R$2,000.00 - R$2,368.54 per month
