Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Only candidates from Sorocaba \- SP will be considered. We are seeking a professional with strong operational leadership skills, hands-on experience on the shop floor, and solid expertise in heavy fabrication, to coordinate boiler-making and metal structure operations. Desired Profile: ✔ Proven experience as Boiler-Making Supervisor, Production Coordinator, Manufacturing Leader, or Foreman; ✔ Practical industrial operation experience, preferably from boiler-making, assembly, or welding areas; ✔ Extensive experience in heavy fabrication and operational team management; ✔ Knowledge of cutting, bending, assembly, layout, welding, finishing, and structural assembly; ✔ Ability to lead teams, enforce productivity, discipline, and goal attainment; ✔ Experience in daily factory scheduling and resource allocation; ✔ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; ✔ Experience in quality control, rework reduction, and minimization of production losses; ✔ Leadership presence on the shop floor, directly overseeing processes; ✔ Organization, discipline, sense of urgency, and results orientation. **Main Responsibilities:** ▪ Lead boiler-making, assembly, and welding teams in daily factory operations; ▪ Assign tasks and monitor service execution; ▪ Ensure adherence to deadlines, schedules, and productivity targets; ▪ Directly address and resolve operational issues; ▪ Monitor service quality and reduce rework; ▪ Track project progress and report manufacturing status; ▪ Manage team performance, operational discipline, and employee development; ▪ Support process improvements and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
