




Main responsibilities: Specification analysis: Interpret drawings and technical specifications, interacting with engineers and other departments to understand the exact requirements for each purchase. Supplier research and development: Identify and qualify technical suppliers capable of meeting quality and cost requirements. Negotiation and quotation: Conduct quotations, negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms, both in the domestic and international markets. Procurement management: Issue and track purchase orders, contracts, and material deliveries, ensuring that agreed timelines and conditions are met. Technical support: Support engineering and project teams, ensuring purchased products comply with technical specifications and regulatory standards.
