In this role, the professional will serve as a multifunctional project support resource, providing technical, analytical, and operational support to Planning, Contracts, and Project Management areas, aligned with portfolio demands and seasonal needs. This position requires a versatile, analytical, and collaborative profile capable of navigating across different project disciplines, contributing to organization, control, predictability, and contractual compliance — with direct impact on business results. This role reports to the Manager and works closely with Project Managers. The position is primarily based in Sorocaba and involves up to 30% travel (domestic and international). Team You’ll Join You will be part of a high-performing Project Management team responsible for profitability (P\&L), on-time delivery (OTD), customer satisfaction, quality, and scope adherence. Projects serve global Mining customers, with teams distributed across South America and working in close collaboration with the NCA, EMEA, and APAC regions. Key Responsibilities Serve as a project support engineer, providing technical and operational support to Planning, Contracts, and Project Management areas, according to portfolio priorities and needs. Support the development, updating, and control of project schedules in MS Project, ensuring consistency with the WBS, contracted scope, and key milestones. Support analysis of schedule deviations, risks, and impacts, providing data and information to support decision-making. Support contractual project management, including scope control, contract analysis support, change orders, addendums, and contractual requirements. Support the control and organization of contractual documents, correspondence, deliverables, and formal project records. Support project reporting, including consolidation of KPIs, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Support service billing tracking, measurements, and contractual milestones, aligned with Planning, Contracts, and Finance. Support integration among planning, costs, contracts, and risks, ensuring project information coherence. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and Field Services areas as required by projects. Support commercial forecasting, resource planning, and project workload planning together with the management team. Contribute to standardization of Project Management, Planning, and Contracts processes, templates, and controls. Support lessons learned analyses, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as an operational support point for Project Managers, absorbing technical and analytical tasks that enhance project execution fluidity. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields). Experience in industrial project environments, preferably with exposure to Planning, Contracts, Costs, or Project Management. Generalist profile, capable of operating across various project fronts as needed. Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera. Knowledge or experience in project contractual management, scope, change orders, and associated controls. Familiarity with SAP (MM, PS and/or SD) is considered a plus. Analytical capability to organize data, KPIs, and management reports. Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills, with ability to work across multiple areas and stakeholders. Proactive, flexible profile with strong adaptability to shifting priorities. Experience working with multicultural teams and global environments is considered a plus. Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is considered a plus. Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel as required by projects.
