Responsibilities: * Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing commercial, civil, and partnership agreements; * Supporting contractual negotiations with internal departments and clients; * Monitoring deadlines, signatures, and document management; * Providing advisory legal support to other company departments; * Liaising with external law firms when necessary. Requirements: * Completed Law degree and active OAB registration; * Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
