This person will be responsible for transforming business-area problems and opportunities into structured projects, leveraging process automation, data analysis, artificial intelligence, system/platform integrations, and low\-code/no\-code platforms. Apply now and join our journey of transformation and innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify opportunities for improvement, digitalization, and automation across various company departments; * Map processes, business rules, involved systems, risks, bottlenecks, and user needs; * Structure and lead projects from problem diagnosis through solution implementation and ongoing support; * Develop process and system automations using integration tools, RPA, scripting, and low\-code/no\-code platforms; * Build system integrations via APIs, databases, webhooks, and other technological resources; * Support the development of internal platforms, dashboards, digital workflows, and AI-based solutions; * Create queries, data processing routines, and analyses to support decision-making and automate operational tasks; * Translate business-area needs into clear functional and technical requirements; * Conduct testing, user acceptance validation, documentation, and post-implementation monitoring of deployed solutions; * Monitor project outcomes—including productivity gains, reduction of manual tasks, quality, timeliness, and business ROI; * Ensure developed solutions are scalable, secure, well-documented, and aligned with company processes; * Collaborate closely with business units, Information Technology, vendors, and other project stakeholders; * Promote a practical innovation culture focused on problem-solving and value generation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields; * Experience in automation projects, digital transformation, process improvement, or internal solution development; * Knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and project structuring; * Familiarity with databases and SQL; * Experience with system integrations, APIs, or webhooks; * Proficiency in at least one automation technology or tool—such as Python, n8n, Power Automate, RPA, or similar; * Analytical ability to investigate problems, structure solutions, and track results; * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical, operational, and leadership teams; * Organizational skills, autonomy, sense of priority, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Practical, collaborative, execution-oriented profile with owner mentality.
