Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement **Vtech Solutions for Valves** is seeking an organized, proactive, and analytically minded professional to join our **Workshop Planning** team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor production schedules; * Plan and control production orders; * Monitor deadlines and deliveries; * Update spreadsheets, reports, and departmental KPIs; * Support integration among Production, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics departments; * Track productive activities to ensure timely delivery and process optimization. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields are a plus); * Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate level); * Strong organizational and planning skills; * Analytical mindset, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in Planning or Production Control (PCP); * Knowledge of industrial processes; * Experience with ERP systems. **What We Seek:** We seek a committed, organized, and eager-to-learn professional who enjoys teamwork and focuses on results and continuous improvement. **Salary:** To be discussed **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Total Pass * Birthday leave Compensation: starting from R$2\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
