Coordinate international shipments, support customers and suppliers, prepare and analyze documents, and ensure smooth cargo and document flow without deviations.

Essential Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 1 year;
Languages: Advanced English proficiency;
Location: Must reside in Sorocaba - SP or nearby areas;
Technical Skills: SAP and Microsoft Office Suite;
Education (completed or currently pursuing): International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Preferred Qualification: Prior experience in the machinery and equipment industry.
Main Job Responsibilities:
· Support international customers and suppliers;
· Coordinate shipments (order placement, readiness tracking, pickup, transit, customs procedures, delivery);
· Prepare and analyze documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.);
· Obtain freight quotations and follow up on shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers;
· Conduct cost analysis and plan payments related to international trade;
· Report shipment progress to Commercial and Logistics departments via control reports;
· Prevent deviations from standard cargo and document flow.
