**JOB DETAILS** ----------------- Will be responsible for providing technical support for voice and data solutions available to users within group companies. Must ensure compliance with internal customer requirements (SLA/service level) regarding the availability of IT resources through handling, logging, resolving requests, and administering operational technology platforms. Create and keep technical procedures up to date. Monitor the review and update of operational procedures (documents), research new solutions, critically analyze processes, and propose improvements. Ensure the proper functioning and stability of the IT infrastructure by providing 1st and 2nd level technical support to users. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, networks, servers, and computer equipment. Execute backup routines, monitor physical and virtual environments, identify failures, and suggest improvements. Work in collaboration with other departments to ensure continuity of technology services and information security, following best practices and internal policies. ### **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in data processing, computer engineering, or related fields; Knowledge of Hardware, Software, Configurations. Operating Systems Windows, Linux and Mac OS. Advanced knowledge of IOS and Android. ITIL Foundation v3 Certification. Advanced Excel. Other programs: Email Servers, Web Servers, Proxy, Backup Servers, DNS, DHCP, ERP.
