We are seeking a **PLANNING ENGINEER** to contribute to activities aimed at maximizing asset reliability, optimizing maintenance plans, and improving operational performance. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and control maintenance activities with a focus on asset reliability; * Develop, review, and optimize preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance plans; * Analyze reliability and performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, reliability, and costs); * Conduct failure analyses (RCA, FMEA, RCM) and propose improvement actions; * Support the development and monitoring of maintenance schedules and planned shutdowns; * Assess operational risks and propose strategies to mitigate critical failures; * Provide technical support to maintenance, operations, and engineering departments; * Prepare technical and executive reports to support managerial decision-making. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering**; * Experience in **reliability engineering, maintenance planning, or asset management**; * Knowledge of reliability methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCA); * Experience with maintenance indicators and planning tools; * Desired experience in large-scale industrial environments; * Desired postgraduate degree or specialization in Reliability, Maintenance, or related fields. Minimum Educational Requirement: Postgraduate Degree – Specialization/MBA
