So, come get “aluminized” with us! **\#JoinCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage, plan, and oversee maintenance of items related to NR 35; * Manage, plan, and oversee maintenance of leased equipment; * Control budgets through cost management, promoting efficiency in processes and in the management of physical and financial resources; * Develop specific checklists for inspection of lifelines or specific projects; * Manage and develop controls and results for inputs, costs, budgets, fiscal matters, and KPIs inherent to your management responsibilities; * Proactively and preventively conduct audits to ensure legal compliance; * Prepare presentations and conduct or participate in multidisciplinary meetings with service providers, requestors, and corporate departments related to your responsibilities; * Conduct periodic site visits to supervise all team members continuously and provide necessary technical support; * Approve the list of items required for maintenance execution and manage procurement requests; * Develop lifeline projects (structural and executive); * Perform technical validation of lifeline inspection reports for the unit; * Ensure compliance with NR 35 clauses relevant to lifeline inspection scope. * Issue ARTs for lifeline projects and inspections. * Collaborate with departments to address issues arising during inspection processes, aiming to streamline them. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Mechanical Engineering or related field; * Knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety, and Sustainability policies and regulations; * Knowledge of taxes and tax/fiscal legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced Excel; * Experience and knowledge in project management (Microsoft Project); * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Experience with SAP PM module and familiarity with MM module; * Experience evaluating technical proposals and descriptive memoranda; * Experience managing and maintaining items related to NR 35; * Experience as an Electromechanical Engineer or related field; * Valid registration with CREA. **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real — therefore, we strive to support our employees at every stage!
