Join **IHARA** to help sustain Brazilian progress and competitiveness, continuing to *feed and power the world*. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the supervisor in task distribution and conducting Safety Dialogues (DDS). * Start and maintain productive processes in operation, performing corrective adjustments per technical specifications and ensuring product quality. * Perform mechanical and electrical interventions on equipment, ensuring continuous operation. * Ensure execution of electrical and mechanical maintenance according to established standards and procedures. * Comply with the preventive maintenance plan and execute scheduled and/or corrective work orders to reduce unplanned downtime. * Participate in scope development and monitor equipment and facility improvements and modernizations. * Properly install materials on machines and equipment, respecting their technical specifications. * Participate in and present daily DDS and operational indicators. * Ensure workplace organization and standardization (5S), maintaining clean, labeled, and orderly equipment. * Request maintenance materials via warehouse. * Ensure proper conservation, usage, and integrity of equipment and tools. * Ensure equipment and facilities comply with legal and safety regulations. * Report maintenance material procurement needs to the immediate supervisor. * Technically assess equipment and activity safety conditions. * Interface with suppliers for technical discussions. * Evaluate maintenance incidents, prioritize requests, and report deviations when necessary. * Interface with internal departments to align operational requirements. * Perform productive activities, including packaging and quality control (visual inspection, mechanical tests, and instrument measurements). * Record measurement results and production data in systems (Protheus) or spreadsheets. * Log production output and material consumption in the system. * Provide technical support to the team in resolving complex problems. * Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues when required. * Ensure correct use of PPE and application of safety procedures (Lockout \& Tagout). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields (Mandatory – completed); * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (currently pursuing considered a plus); * Knowledge in plastic blow/injection molding (considered a plus); **Additional Information** **Main Benefits:** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * IHARA Restaurant; * Meal Voucher; * Chartered Transportation; * Private Pension Plan; * Gympass; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Special Child Allowance; * School Supplies Allowance. *All our opportunities are open to persons with disabilities and/or rehabilitated professionals.* For 61 years, **IHARA** has worked side-by-side with **farmers**, developing **innovative technologies** that help protect the productive potential of diverse crops.
