




Responsibilities ; Coordinate sales activities for MHNet products and services at the unit; Provide support to internal teams (customer service) and external sales teams (PAP, Business Consultant, External Sales Representative); Coordinate sales activities jointly with business partners and representatives; Monitor and support the team in after-sales, customer retention, and loyalty initiatives; Conduct technical and commercial training for sales teams at the unit regarding products and services; ; Monitor performance and implement actions to achieve targets / KPIs; ; Prospect and negotiate with customers; ; Responsible for promoting MHNet’s corporate culture and code of conduct within their area; Comply with quality standards, occupational safety regulations, and applicable legislation. Requirements ; Experience in managing commercial teams and achieving performance metrics; Commercial knowledge in the Telecommunications sector; Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Residency in Sorocaba/SP.
