Responsibilities: - Configuration and preparation of tablets for operational use; - Technical support to internal and external employees, both on-site and remotely; - Handling IT service requests focused on mobile devices and company-used software; - Assisting in resolving basic access, system, and application issues; - Recording and tracking all support activities; - General support for Technology Department tasks; - Management of IT assets such as tablets, printers, SIM cards, etc. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but considered a plus): - Experience with corporate tablets and field software; - Background in providing support within engineering, technology, or external operations companies; - Basic understanding of networking and remote access.
