By joining this internship opportunity, you will have an excellent chance to develop your competencies hands-on in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supported by experienced and dedicated professionals focused on your learning. **What You Can Expect as a Human Resources Intern:** * Support for onboarding and integration routines of new employees, including: documentation verification, onboarding follow-up, and post-hiring activities; * Updating internal controls, filing, and organizing physical and digital documents (personnel files); * Providing support to plant employees regarding benefits and answering basic HR-related questions; * Liaising with corporate HR departments to support plant operations; * Participation in plant-level culture, organizational climate, and internal communication projects and initiatives. **Your Profile as a Human Resources Intern:** * Students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, enrolled in evening classes, with expected graduation starting from June/2028; * Availability to work onsite in São Bernardo from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM\. **Why Choose ZF:** We offer Medical Assistance, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, and On-site Meal Benefits.
