Main activities * **Preparation:** Organizes the construction site, checks material quality, and prepares mortar. * **Construction:** Builds foundations, erects walls, fences, and other structures. * **Cladding:** Installs floor tiles, wall tiles, and other wall and floor coverings. * **Finishing:** Applies plaster, constructs screeds, and, in some cases, performs final finishing work. * **Maintenance and repair:** Conducts maintenance of buildings and structures, as well as renovations and necessary repairs. * **Safety:** Ensures use of personal protective equipment, operates concrete mixers, and complies with safety and environmental protection regulations. Skills and knowledge * Ability to interpret construction drawings and blueprints. * Knowledge of construction materials (cement, sand, bricks, etc.). * Proficiency in handling construction tools and equipment, such as concrete mixers. * Masonry, concrete pouring, floor laying, and cladding techniques. * Communication skills for interacting with clients, supervisors, and coworkers.
