Job Summary: This position involves general cleaning of the store, restrooms, production areas, and offices, as well as supporting the team in coffee preparation and product restocking. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for hygiene and cleaning in various areas of the store and production 2. Assisting in coffee preparation and maintaining the customer service area 3. Teamwork and attention to detail Your Responsibilities: IN-STORE ACTIVITIES: * Perform sanitation tasks and wear appropriate, clean uniforms; * Prepare coffee for teams (store, office, and orders); * Clean customer restrooms; * Keep tables consistently clean and ready for customer use; * Assist in restocking coffee table products and accessories; * Assist in cleaning dishes from the island or counter service; * General bakery cleaning (store, cafeteria, restroom cleaning, and office cleaning); * Periodic trash removal; * Clean store shelves and refrigerators; PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES: * Remove trash from all production sectors; * Sweep and mop the entire staircase leading to production areas; * Daily cleaning of staff locker rooms and restocking of toilet paper, paper towels, and liquid soap; * Daily cleaning of the staff cafeteria and coffee machine; * Cleaning corridors from the cafeteria to the warehouse and bread sector, including tile cleaning; * Cleaning of the shipping area, plant care, and trash removal from offices when necessary.
