Interface between operational areas and systems Junior Materials Analyst – Multinational – Sorocaba/SP **Job Description** A multinational company located in Sorocaba/SP is seeking a **Junior Materials Analyst** to provide system support, analyze inconsistencies, and drive continuous improvement in Materials Management processes. We seek a professional with an analytical mindset, well-organized, and possessing strong communication skills to serve as the interface between operational areas and systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze inconsistencies in Materials Management systems; * Identify root causes and propose corrective actions; * Provide technical support to system users; * Participate in internal and external meetings to resolve issues; * Support Materials department projects, tracking action plans; * Conduct system testing for new functionalities; * Drive continuous improvement of processes; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields); * Prior experience in Materials, Supply Chain, or system support roles; * ERP knowledge; * Experience in data analysis and problem resolution; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
