So come join us and become alumini(z)ed! **\#JoinCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Performing corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance, and inspections. * Strong focus on maintenance KPIs: * MTBF * MTTR * Availability and reliability * Maintenance cost * Failure analysis and continuous improvement * Management of multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) * Technical development of teams * Management of maintenance contracts and service providers. * Basic knowledge of applicable Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) (e.g., NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-13, NR\-35, among others) * Application of Occupational Safety practices * Compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards (desirable) **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance Technology * Experience in supervision, coordination, or leadership of maintenance teams * Experience in industrial environments (metallurgical, steelmaking, mining, etc.) * Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance experience * Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC) * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Knowledge of rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation equipment * Management of work orders and failure history * Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts (RCM, FMEA) * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) **PREFERRED** * Postgraduate degree in Maintenance, Industrial Management, Reliability Engineering, or related fields * English proficiency **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real—so we support our employees at every stage of their lives!
