**Job Description:**

We are seeking an Engineering Coordinator to lead the technical team at Equipa Group, ensuring excellence in project delivery, innovation in solution development, and fluent communication with major global brands. Responsibilities \*Coordinate and develop the technical team composed of engineers, architects, and designers, fostering a collaborative, efficient, and results-oriented environment. \*Ensure project delivery within established standards of quality, cost, and schedule, securing alignment between internal departments and clients. \*Work directly with SolidWorks and S\-Wood, guiding the team in creating, reviewing, and validating models, detailing, and technical solutions. \*Apply agile methodologies (Scrum) and project management tools such as PMI and MS Project to optimize workflows, reduce rework, and enhance team performance. \*Maintain continuous interface with national and international clients, including Red Bull, Coca\-Cola, and luxury groups, ensuring clear, light, and dynamic communication aligned with Equipa Group’s service standards. \*Monitor performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and propose strategic actions for continuous engineering process enhancement. \*Standardize development methods, ensuring technical consistency and innovation in delivered solutions.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related fields).
Prior experience in coordinating or leading engineering or project teams.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and knowledge of S\-Wood.
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (PMI, Scrum, MS Project).
Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and capability to work with high-end clients.
Organized, resilient, and execution-oriented profile.
**Desirable Requirements:**

Experience in projects targeting consumer goods, furniture, retail, or scenography.
Previous work with global brands or luxury groups.
