We are looking for a well-rounded Expansion Analyst who can work both strategically and operationally in customer service and market analysis. This role combines analytical responsibilities with direct support to the sales team, being essential to the smooth operation of the company's sales routine. Responsibilities: Monitor and execute all expansion activities and management of new contracts \*DRX\* Map growth opportunities and support company expansion processes Prepare performance reports to support decision-making Support the development of commercial strategies Track goals and results Suggest improvements in expansion processes Respond to requests Ensure quick and effective responses to clients and partners Skills and requirements: * Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields) * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas) * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI is a plus) * Analytical, detail-oriented and proactive profile * Comfort with numbers and data interpretation * Good communication skills for interaction with other departments Job type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Company cell phone * Meal allowance
