




Monitor and carry out sales administration activities aimed at contributing to the achievement of the company's sales targets, providing support to regional supervisors and participating in ADV management processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Participate in the process of setting sales targets by proposing specific strategies, tactics, and actions to achieve established objectives. * Monitor the distribution of sales targets among representatives, providing necessary support to achieve established goals. * Monthly verify and manage customer budgets according to contracts within your region. * Provide support in the product mix review process for active customers in your region when requested by the supervisor. * Prepare sales reports for analysis and decision-making upon request from coordination or management. * Ensure the efficiency of the company's sales processes and policies through audits, guidance to the sales team, CRM monitoring, and other responsibilities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or Business Management. * Previous experience in sales administration roles in companies/industries across any market segment. * Knowledge: KPI management, process management, sales indicators. * Advanced Excel/Power BI. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
