We are looking for a hands-on Commercial Analyst who will act both strategically and operationally in supporting sales, customer service, and market analysis teams. This role combines analytical responsibilities with direct support activities for the sales team, being essential to the smooth operation of the company's commercial routine. Responsibilities: Collect and analyze sales and customer data Prepare performance reports for decision-making Support the development of commercial strategies Monitor sales team targets and results Suggest improvements in commercial processes Respond to customer requests and provide post-sales support when necessary Ensure quick and effective responses to customers and partners Skills and Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields) * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI is a plus) * Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive profile * Comfort with numbers and data interpretation * Good communication skills for interaction with other departments Job type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2,500.00 - R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Company mobile phone * Meal allowance
