Focus on efficiency and productivity Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate teams involved in waste collection and urban cleaning operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to routes and schedules established by the contracting party. Ensure achievement of operational targets, contractual deadlines, and service quality standards. Manage the operational budget, control costs, and promote rational use of resources. Manage personnel, fleet, supplies, and operational costs, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
