Job Summary: Production Analyst at a metal window and door manufacturing plant, responsible for planning and controlling production, monitoring performance indicators, and proposing process improvements. Serve as an interface between departments to ensure smooth production flow A metal window and door manufacturing plant seeks a Production Analyst in Cabedelo (Renascer). **Responsibilities:** Plan and schedule production according to orders, projects, and construction timelines. Issue, organize, and control production/service orders. Track progress across manufacturing stages (cutting, machining, assembly, finishing, and shipping). Control consumption of raw materials, inputs, and process losses. Monitor performance indicators (productivity, rework, scrap, deadlines, and efficiency). Coordinate among Engineering, PCP (Production Planning and Control), Purchasing, Inventory, and Shipping departments. Verify technical drawings, bills of materials, and product specifications. Identify bottlenecks and propose process and production layout improvements. Support team balancing and task distribution. Prepare management reports and production records. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and internal procedural standards. Perform tasks relevant to standard Production Analyst duties. Position located in Cabedelo / PB. Previous experience as a Production Specialist, Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor, or Process Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
