Social media customer support **WORK WITH THE BEST** Position: Lead Generator - SDR Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 1,800.00 + Bonus + Meal Allowance BRL 180.00 + Transportation Allowance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (2-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Main Responsibilities:** -Initial lead outreach and qualification. -Customer prospecting via phone/WhatsApp. -Consultation scheduling. -Social media customer support. -Weekly performance report analysis. **Requirements:** -Knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook tools. -Strong communication and empathy skills (ability to put oneself in the customer's shoes). -Enthusiasm for goals and challenges.
