We are seeking a professional who will be responsible for the technical coordination of daily Data Center operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, internal processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs). This role directly supervises the execution of infrastructure projects and provides technical-operational support to the Data Center Management team. * **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Proven experience in Data Center environment operations and management of technical infrastructure teams. **Desirable Hard Skills:** * Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems; * Knowledge of virtualization and networking fundamentals; * Proficiency in structured cabling and optical connectivity; * Server hardware knowledge; * ITIL fundamentals (incident, change, and problem management). **Desirable Soft Skills:** * Operational leadership and workflow organization. * Assertive communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and adaptability to mission-critical environments. * Interpersonal relationship skills and conflict mediation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate technical team activities, ensuring SLA compliance. * Monitor internal projects and implementation of new technologies. * Manage inventory and control material inflow/outflow. * Support technical training and team development. * Provide operational reports to the Data Center Manager.
