We are seeking new talents to help us go further. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist the Senior Analyst with ERP-related demands and organizational processes. Identify system-related issues in company processes and propose solutions to improve performance and operational efficiency. Provide user support regarding ERP modules used by various departments across the company. Develop new routines and functionalities within the system to meet specific organizational process requirements. Prepare operational reports based on data available in the ERP, supporting monitoring of company activities and routines. Develop managerial reports to assist leadership in performance analysis, process improvement, and strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain Entry Points (system customizations) to meet the organization’s specific needs. Identify user training needs related to system usage and implemented processes. Design and deliver basic and specialized training sessions for ERP users. Propose improvements and new practices for Workflow utilization, as well as implement and maintain developed routines. Design and keep updated documentation of company-used processes. Produce technical and explanatory documentation for routines and customizations implemented in the system. Develop medium- and high-complexity technical solutions using ERP-related technologies such as ADVPL and TLPP. Analyze system architecture and work on its components, evaluating structure, functionality, and impact of modifications. Develop and execute manual and automated tests to ensure correct operation of implemented solutions. Record and document development stages in the version control and documentation tools adopted by the company. Collaborate with development teams and business areas to build technical and functional solutions. Ensure delivery quality through adoption of best development practices, processes, and available tools. Detail medium- and high-complexity technical and functional requirements jointly with requesting departments.
