Ensuring safety, organization, cleanliness of the area, and environmental management. **You could be our new** **Production Operator III** **Campo Largo/PR** **Key Responsibilities** * Perform quality tests and inspections on products and processes within your area, following established activity procedures; * Properly dispose of, weigh, and record waste according to procedure, aiming for effective process waste control; * Enter data into systems, complete, and analyze area performance indicators (SPQDC); * Move materials along the production line per procedure, ensuring material and process traceability; * Perform format changes in processes; * Train other team members on existing processes; * Assist other operators with basic process operations, following instructions and procedures to improve machine efficiency; * Escalate process anomalies to the area leader through the support chain; * Supply and retrieve materials and products, adhering to area-specific procedures to ensure process efficiency; * Ensure your own safety and that of fellow colleagues by complying with company safety rules and procedures; * Manage products with environmental impact considerations; * Maintain area and equipment organization and cleanliness through cleaning procedures, ensuring optimal working conditions for both people and machines; * Independently operate low-, medium-, and high-complexity machinery; * Manage autonomous machine maintenance; * Initiate and monitor machine maintenance activities; * Ensure proper equipment functionality and correct equipment failures. Proactively and sustainably perform duties, maintaining awareness of environmental impacts as well as hazards and risks arising from your activities, seeking to minimize them and practicing active care.
