Prepare, calibrate, and monitor machine performance, perform maintenance, and ensure workplace quality and organization.

Prepare, calibrate, and monitor machine performance; maintain product records; perform maintenance; and ensure quality. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, and perform other tasks as directed.
* Adjust machine parameters (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure, etc.) to ensure production meets required specifications.
* Periodically monitor machine performance to ensure production proceeds according to the established schedule.
* Maintain records of approved and defective finished units or products in accordance with instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices.
* Conduct tests, corrective, and preventive maintenance on machines to ensure quality and durability.
* Promote workplace organization, hygiene, and cleanliness to maintain a suitable working environment across all production areas.
* Participate in the filling process of injectables, semi-solids, and powders, following quality-related guidelines and regulations, including verification of drug characteristics and compliance with required standards.
* Accurately record all activities performed—such as control parameters, maintenance, production, and any process deviations—to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
* Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the pharmaceutical industry and ensure safe working conditions for all operators involved in the process.
* Perform other duties relevant to the department, as needed.
Requirements:
Education: Basic: Completed high school
Experience: 1–2 years
