Develop and monitor the goods distribution and receipt plan; generate picking tasks via WMS system; Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and operational time windows (lead time); Conduct productivity analyses and improvements to logistics flows; Monitor KPIs such as logistics OTIF and inventory accuracy; Build monitoring dashboards and propose action plans based on deviations; Present periodic reports and analyses; Control and negotiate freight rates with carriers; Ensure efficient route planning and cargo consolidation; Monitor deliveries, issue incident reports, and handle logistics deviation resolutions; Collaborate closely with the warehousing team (inventory, production) to prevent losses and stockouts; Be responsible for implementing and maintaining the established guidelines of the 5S Program, specifically regarding Organization and Cleanliness in the department and common areas.
