Focus on continuous improvement and equipment reliability. **JOB: Maintenance Planning Technician** * **Salary**: To be discussed * **Benefits:** Shuttle transportation, on-site cafeteria (breakfast and lunch), cost-of-living allowance, meal voucher. * **Responsibilities:** Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for industrial machinery and equipment. * **Main Responsibilities:** Create detailed execution schedules, aligning maintenance and production to minimize downtime. Set service order priorities based on asset criticality. Determine required workforce, tools, and spare parts for each activity. Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure material availability. Negotiate timelines and costs for external services with suppliers. Manage maintenance costs, pursuing efficiency and waste reduction. Record and analyze failures to propose continuous improvements. Guide maintenance teams on procedures and best practices. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during interventions. Participate in failure analyses (RCM, FMEA) to enhance asset reliability. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM * **Experience:** Experience in mechanical maintenance. * **Education:** Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering * **Additional Requirements:** Knowledge of SAP PM module and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). * **Work Location:** Nova Santa Rita/RS * **Temporary Contract** Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
