To learn more, visit www.bureauveritas.com.br Main Responsibilities: * Handle post-shipment import activities for all business units * Review documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) * Enter shipment data into the system * Manage import deliveries with manufacturing plants, end users, and freight carriers * Issue Import Tax Invoices (input and consignment shipments) * Analyze and approve expenses (freight, warehousing, demurrage, commissions, etc.) * Pay ICMS tax forms * Generate reports and monitor KPIs * Electronically archive documents * Support operational routines in the international trade department Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields) * Experience in import processes * Intermediate Excel proficiency (spreadsheets and controls) * SAP and/or International Trade module knowledge (e.g., CE Plus) is desirable * Basic English (document reading) What We Offer: Benefits: * Basic health plan for the employee: Unimed Nacional – No monthly cost; only 20% co-payment upon usage * Bradesco Life Insurance * Dental plan * Wellhub (Gympass) * On-site meals This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while working alongside a team of experts.
