Proactively prevent and address incidents **Monitoring Operator** **Location:** Caxias do Sul, RS / Neighborhood: Petrópolis **Shift Schedule:** 12x36 (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) **Benefits:** Market-competitive salary + VA (Meal Allowance) + VT (Transportation Allowance). **Job Responsibilities:** \- Monitor electronic security systems \- Identify and respond to emergency situations \- Maintain activity logs and reports \- Coordinate with security response teams \- Ensure compliance with security policies established by the company and client; \- Proactively prevent and address incidents. **Requirements:** Completed high school education, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in security guard, monitoring operator, or vigilante roles. \- Knowledge of electronic security systems \- Availability for required working hours and shift schedule; \- Easy access to the workplace; \- Strong communication skills.
