Job Summary: Assist in the pre-preparation of dishes, salads, and desserts; food assembly and restocking; and cleaning of utensils and areas. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in pre-preparation of meals and salads 2. Support in food assembly and restocking 3. Responsibility for hygiene and food safety 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Clean and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock foods, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under supervision of immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, as well as apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System and environmental cleaning.
