




Job Summary: A professional responsible for people management, including recruitment, onboarding, shift scheduling and vacation control, as well as training development, plus supervision of procurement and inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of human resources and procurement operations. 2. Responsibility for employee onboarding and development. 3. Control and organization of acquisition and inventory processes. Responsible for conducting selection interviews and determining hiring decisions. Presents the company to new employees, requests uniforms, transportation allowances, and other items. Creates and manages work schedules. Controls employee vacations, prepares minutes for all monthly departmental meetings, updates all spreadsheets, absences, and medical certificates. Also develops training plans, monitors and supervises training sessions, organizes team-building events, manages timekeeping records, and registers new employees. Responsible for procurement activities; therefore, accurate tracking and information regarding purchase needs, inventory control, budget quotation requests, order follow-up, goods receipt, and acceptance are essential. Also handles product storage, supervises inventory, carries out all operational purchases required for daily maintenance across all company departments, and purchases products for special occasions or reserves, among other duties. Finally, responsible for the company’s operational functioning concerning personnel and procurement departments.
