Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for registering vehicles, verifying customer credentials, and operating the cash register, with emphasis on excellent customer reception and revenue integrity for the parking facility. Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Challenges** * Immediately register every vehicle entering the parking facility; * Verify whether customers are authorized users, monthly subscribers, or residents, and confirm that customers possess valid identification credentials; * Inform customers about parking procedures and regulations—including grace periods, fees, location details, and other relevant information—with consistent focus on excellent customer reception; * Monitor for jammed or malfunctioning tickets, and remove tickets manually if the ticket dispenser is full; * Properly store vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensure vehicle identification through numbered prism attachments; * Operate cash register equipment in parking garages, issuing entry and exit slips for vehicles while safeguarding parking revenue integrity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Are Looking For:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **Additional Information** For healthcare units (hospitals or laboratory networks), upon successful completion of the selection process, proof of the following vaccinations will be required: **Hepatitis B, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT), Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR), Influenza, COVID-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW ABOUT WORKING FOR A COMPANY DEDICATED TO TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
