Description

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing goods; defining delivery routes; picking products; managing inventory; and assisting with organization. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and merchandise organization 2. Coordination of delivery routes and loading 3. Vehicle maintenance and driver task control \* Receive, inspect, and store goods received by the company. \* Organize received goods in an orderly manner. \* Define delivery routes for truck loading. \* Review and ensure correct picking and availability of goods according to quantities and references specified in the quotation. \* Manage inventory counting for inventory updates, as needed or as defined by the company. \* Issue the Goods Transport Manifest. \* Assist with departmental organization. \* Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of company vehicles. \* Monitor and track vehicle conservation checklist data. \* Ensure completion of tasks performed by drivers and driver assistants. \* Conduct periodic inventories according to company-defined policy. \* Ensure completion of tasks performed by shipping assistants. \* Maintain alignment between physical stock of sheets, profiles, pipes, and accessories and system stock. \* Provide input regarding non-moving and slow-moving inventory.
