Opportunity to perform various kitchen activities A collective catering company seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Caxias do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Perform food pre-preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients). Clean and organize work surfaces, equipment (stoves, ovens), and kitchen utensils. Provide direct support to chefs during service by supplying requested ingredients and utensils. Carry out hygiene of work areas and proper disposal of waste, complying with food safety standards. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Food Preparer, or Restaurant Assistant may indicate familiarity with some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
