We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equal opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Complete, screen, electronically submit, and prepare closing reports for Penalty Infraction Notices (AIPs), when applicable, concerning overweight, oversized dimensions, evasion, or other violations, in accordance with current legislation and Concessionaire procedures. * Identify, assess, and audit images of vehicles evading the General Enforcement Post. * Support, upon request, toll plaza revenue teams and other Concessionaire areas by performing operational activities, educational campaigns, road safety initiatives, and customer service. * Complete shift reports and forms, maintain equipment and working conditions, and perform emergency signage and equipment operation as required. * Carry out activities in compliance with operational procedures, Motiva’s Golden Rules, and environmental guidelines, contributing to safety, risk prevention, and proper waste management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** Completed elementary education; Availability to work on rotating shifts. **You Will Stand Out If You Have:** Customer service experience will be a plus. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across Brazil, enabling thousands of people daily to move safely and sustainably while generating positive societal impact.
